PM Modi virtually flags off Vande Bharat Express between Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam

This train is the eighth Vande Bharat Express introduced by the Indian Railways and the first one, “connecting the two Telugu speaking States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.”
