Kaleswaram project redesigned to serve KCR’s interests, says CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka

The Telangana Congress Legislature Party leader says the estimates of expenditure on Kaleswaram irrigation project was initially put at ₹80,500 crore but has now been increased to more than one lakh crore.
